The casino is a showcase for high stakes bingo, offering some of the nation's highest daily payouts. Potawatomi Bingo Casino is one of two casinos owned and operated by the Forest County Potawatomi Community. Outside work, Sally enjoys staying active by pursuing his interests in skiing, bicycling, hiking and exploring antique stores. Originally from the Chicago area, Sally is enjoying familiarizing himself with Milwaukee. Prior to joining Potawatomi Bingo Casino, Sally spent time in California, Hawaii and Mississippi overseeing food & beverage operations at world-class resorts and gambling facilities most recently serving as Director of Hospitality Operations at Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel SM in Biloxi, Miss.
Sally has a Master’s Degree in Operations Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration and a Culinary Arts Degree. In his new position, he will oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including four full-service restaurants, a food court, two bars, casino-floor beverage service and an extensive catering operation. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Sally joins Potawatomi Bingo Casino with an extensive background in food, beverage and hotel operations.
